I’ve been busy with projects for myself and clients in the new year and I am excited to share them with you in the coming weeks! But today I wanted to show you this cute accent chair I painted last year. It was just a boring chair with a dated seat.
I mixed up a custom navy with Annie Sloan Napoleonic Blue and Graphite. One of the many things that I love about Annie’s paint is the ability to mix custom colors. I distressed the frame lightly and finished with Annie Sloan’s Clear Wax. The seat was covered in my favorite fabric of late – a vintage grain sack.
This chair found it’s new home as an accent piece in a client’s guest bedroom and I couldn’t be happier!
