Marble Top Table

Painting furniture requires moderate temperatures – ideally between 65 and 75 degrees. I work in my garage, so during the winter months in New Jersey, I can only work on small projects that I can fit down my basement stairs.

Kristen reached out to me about updating her Grandmother’s marble top table to use in her home office. This was a perfect project for the winter months!

Kristen chose General Finishes Lamp Black and I think it was the perfect choice for this table. I painted three coats and finished it with a satin top coat.

I love how the floral drawer pulls look in black! And I lined the drawers with my favorite vintage floral paper.

I think this was a great update to this vintage table! Thank you for trusting me with with this piece, Kristen!
