Are you still working from home? Is your child taking virtual college classes? Or high school? We are all looking to carve out a workspace in our home these days. Maybe I can help.
This isn’t my typical vintage redesign… but it’s definitely an upcycle! This desk was that orange-y varnished pine top and a burgundy base. (I forgot to take a before pic!)
I painted the base with General Finishes Lamp Black. And I sanded the top down to the raw pine and added two coats of General Finishes Flat out Flat Top Coat to let the raw wood show off its grain and knots.
I did the same with the drawer pulls.
And the drawers were lined with a geometric paper.
I am pleased to offer this desk for sale to a local buyer. It measures 63″ wide by 30″ deep by 31″ tall. It is ready for immediate pick up. My asking price is $325, including NJ sales tax. Please email or message me on social media to see it in person. As with all my pieces, it will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
